多数定型机关键部位都存在高温情况：其中传送链条或链夹的温度大约180℃—230℃之间，而热风机马达轴承所处温度大约150℃—170℃之间，调幅丝杆所在区域最高温度达170℃。

Most of the key parts of the setting machine have high temperature: the temperature of the transmission chain or chain clip is about 180 ℃ - 230 ℃, the temperature of the motor bearing of the hot air blower is about 150 ℃ - 170 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the area where the amplitude modulation screw is located is 170 ℃.

高温环境下，设备不能经常停机，要保持其正常运转，对润滑的要求就更为严格，除了对润滑剂具备抗高温的要求外，还得保证其长效性和无残留，防止结焦积碳对关键部位造成卡死。
